On The River Marketing provides the following services related to sports cards and hobby collectible products:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
All pricing for sports cards, hobby slabs, and collectible products is based on current market conditions and may fluctuate. On The River Marketing reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Agreed-upon transaction prices are final once both parties confirm the deal in writing (including via email).
All sales are subject to availability and verification of product condition and authenticity. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if the products do not meet our stated condition or grading standards.
On The River Marketing ships sports cards, hobby slabs, and collectible products using insured carriers with tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of collectible products, all sales are final unless the item received materially differs from the description provided. If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us at guadalupe.vasquez@eeslp.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
